Submission Methods

3. Kindly notice that each paper should be edited with English and be at least with 5 full pages with the requirements of Template in A4 size.
Submission Types
Full-length Paper
Manuscripts should be original, unpublished, and follow the provided template.
Full-length papers must be at least 5 pages, including figures and references.
Accepted and presented full-length papers will be published in the proceedings and submitted to major citation indexing databases.
Abstract
Abstracts should summarize the paper's goals, results, and conclusions, and be understandable independently of the full paper.
Accepted abstracts will only be presented and not included in the proceedings.
Submission Requirements
Papers for presentations should conform to the Template format and specifications. All submissions must be in English only. Accepted full papers will be published into the conference proceedings; the authors will be invited to give an oral/poster presentation.
The full-length paper materials (including text, figures, tables, acknowledgment, etc.) must fit into 5 pages, while additional pages will be charged $60 per extra page.
The Abstract should not exceed 1 page. Accepted abstracts will be invited to give an oral/poster presentation without publishing into the proceedings.
All papers that conform to submission guidelines will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. The reviewing process of the ICESGE conference aims to provide authors with constructive feedback on their papers, even when a submission is rejected. Acceptance of papers will be communicated to authors by email.
The authors of the accepted papers will be allowed to make corrections in accordance with the suggestions of the reviewers and submit final camera-ready papers within the deadline.
The article should contain: “Materials and Methods”, “Results”, “Discussion” and “Conclusion” (section “Acknowledgment” is written if necessary);
The recommended number of authors should not exceed 5;
The number of references in the list of references must be at least 10;
Self-citation should not exceed 10% and the originality of the article is not less than 80%;
All authors must be familiar with the license agreement of the indicated Publisher.
